2025's Premier Spooky Film Comes Back to IMAX Perfectly Timed for the Spooky Season
Ideal for spooky festivities begins, a standout among the highest-rated horror films in a long while is set for an exclusive reappearance to theaters, now solely in IMAX format.
IMAX Special Engagement Information
The feature titled The Sinners, that's helmed by Ryan Coogler, is set to come back in select IMAX theaters starting October 30, running for a limited screening through November 5.
If you saw Sinners throughout its first cinema run, you already know what a fantastic opportunity this represents to experience viewing in a theater.
But, if your first viewing wasn’t in IMAX, now you can correct that, as the movie looks completely breathtaking presented in IMAX theater.
Bearing in mind that its initial cinema release was abbreviated when it came to IMAX presentations, due to another film taking over those screens soon after launch, it's possible this will actually be the initial chance to experience it in large format.
Missed the Film? Now's the Time!
On the other hand, it's possible you didn't watched the film so far. If so, you should to correct your life.
You won't find a more ideal time of year for enjoying a scary movie, most notably one that elevates horror.
Happily, Coogler brings some experience with that, having done a similar feat with fighting movies and comic book movies.
The end result turns out to be a gripping but also heartbreakingly chilling narrative packed with violence, emotional family struggles, heartbreak, bloodsuckers, and Jordan playing two main characters as two brothers known as Stack and Smoke.
Filmmaker's Thoughts Regarding Michael B. Jordan
We asked him to perform this difficult role from a technical standpoint, portraying two different characters, but it also involved a portrayal that we needed to have the context we established before to pull this off.
Observing him acknowledged from fellow actors as well as others in filmmaking, I believe it would signify a lot to him.
What’s Next for Ryan Coogler
Moving forward, it's clear that Sinners absolutely gave Coogler the drive to continue creating within scary storytelling.
The director has already shared an upcoming X-Files revival in production.
Speaking about what else is behind his selection to reimagine the classic series, he noted:
Just as with my connection to the Rocky series with my dad, this series is one of those things for my mother.
She is incredibly important for me — she is present this evening — making this an important endeavor for me.
I aim to honor for her as well as supporters. My mom has read part of the material I created for the project. My mom is fired up.
One More Screening to Experience This Horror Gem
We don't know at what time this interpretation of the iconic series will get its release.
At the very least, everyone have one more chance to experience his absolutely incredible Sinners when it returns on the big screen starting the 30th.
